As you can see, we have avoided the island of Sal. This is simply because we feel that it no longer offers good investment potential. The sales prices are now too high, and the island itself offers very little else above it's beaches. We have focused on the island of Sao Vicente due to the fact that it has an established economy and infrastructure, a deep sea port, and all of the bar/restaurant/shopping facilities missing in Sal. With some very large projects soom coming, the large cruise liners regularly popping in to port, an international airport due to open soon, the fact that sales prices are still half of those on Sal leads us to believe that Sao Vicente will offer the largest capital gains in the near future.
