For someone who wants to make a profit on an apartment purchase, we will not advise to buy in an area where we feel the property will be difficult to resell. We will advise against some land purchases if we feel that the project to be built on that land will be difficult to market.

We believe that there is not enough businesses in our field who do this today, and too many are looking for short term gains. It is a well know cliche, but "business is a marathon, not a sprint" does ring very true for us, and we perform accordingly.
